Beautiful $13.5k car, frankly. Needing a tune-up is scary because poor running can mean a lot more. The clutch is a $2k job at least. So a buyer looking at your car, which is very classy by the way, needs to figure they'll spend three large the next day. Then there is the mileage issue. And maybe I'm alone here, but for selling, I'd find an original radio even though they're not very good. It just looks better and doesn't call out "wiring hack job." But if you fixed the mechanicals, you could probably get close to your ask.
