I agree with all your points on this...Anyone that knows about these cars should have the knowledge to know how much they are willing to pay for the right car. I have been looking on cars.com, autotrader, ebay and seeing what’s out there for sale. Seems the price has gone down for these cars with mileage over 70k, but at the same time the prices have gone up with mileage below 70k....
The problem with the lower miles higher priced G-50's is you are in line with a 964 model...you can choice your own model there, but as they say the 964 is more modern in creature comforts
Also with the higher priced G-50 in the upper 20's you are close to a 993...then that becomes no comparison....
In my op I think sellers that sell the cars too highare not being realistic, hence they sit on the market. I mean it seems they are 1st time buyers buying too low or too high, putting $$$ into the cars and trying to re-coup costs...Seen a lot of ads with “great investment”, it is if you plan on putting it in your climate controlled museum and never driving it.
I’ve seen more members here on pelican that have been on the board for a while; sell cars for a fair price, they know what the market will pay...
