fairly easy to replace the o-rings that go between the tensioner and cover plate... a word to the wise... in some "rebuild" kits you get o-rings that are undersized... they may seal ok or not... viton is a good material for that application... you want to feel a good compression as you put the plate on...use a bit of oil or grease on the surfaces .. I'm sorry I now don't have the dimension details.
