The Marriott Waiohai on K'auai is where we purchased ours. We've had one for two years, and the payments really aren't bad. You should call them. They'll arrange to fly you out and let you stay for five days free while you check it out. It's not a hard sale, either. You are pressured by a 24-hour time limit for your decision, but by then, you're sold because it's such a beautiful place. The timeshares are three room, two bathroom apartments with full kitchen and balcony. Also there's a washer and dryer for your clothes. All you need to do is buy groceries for your own food; if not, there are restaurants nearby with very tasty selections. There are barbeque grills throughout the property if you cook your own.
In fact, you better hurry over there now. I left a two-thirds full bottle of Kettleone on the kitchen counter. I'd like to see a fellow Pelican drink it, since I couldn't bring it back on the plane.
