If you mean the console switches, yes, you can replace the trim. The whole switch assembly just pulls out. You can then remove the bulbs from the back, and gently push out the old face plate. Pop in the new face plate and you're good to go.
Here's an example of the replacement face plates. They're called "trim" here. Verify the part numbers before you buy, as this is from an old version of PET.
