Out here in the Old Pueblo, we are way above the curve for annual rainfall year to date. Yesterday we got 1.14 officially at the airport (like George Carlin once said: "But who lives at the airport?")

One day we had 2.5 inches at out house (measured with an official rain gauge) and only a "trace" officially, so some areas are WAY above average. El Nino means the possibility of increased rainfall for the Winter season here, and that means beautiful flowers will carpet the desert i the Spring!!

The onlypart of "global warming" that would concern me is the worldwide rise of the oceans. Here, at 2,600 feet we have no problem but Florida, Louisiana and Mississippi, on the other hand......
