I'm not sure if this is the same problem as a previous thread, but I need to know how to repair this, or replace it. I am not sure what the part is called and if Pelican supplies them.

I know it is part of the throttle linkage, it caused the throttle to get stuck at about 4500 rpm. Anybody know what this is called?
