Frankly, I don't see what looks so wrong with your "owiginal" bumper. LOVE the car's color BTW. But I'm a bit prejudiced in that area. Why did Porsche choose the name "irish green"? They sure as hell wouldn't call it "british racing green", would they? Uh, meant in the way of friendly criticism...but if your car were mine, I'd be looking for the shiny round mirrors that are period to the car. You've got a great looking classic 911 body there..
Why try to "modernize" it? And to improve the front end looks? For about the same money, I'd think a good set of euro H-4 lights would go further than the spoiler bumper, and cost about the same? Just an early 911 phreak's opinion, and it is YOUR car, so do as you please....Oh, and if you do go with the H-4's? Think about the chrome rings, not the paint to body color ones...they fit the year better...
