It was a well known fact that Osama was in Afghanistan, not Iraq. If our highly incompetent government played their cards right, it is very likely that the "people who knocked these buildings down" would have been caught or killed by now. But no. Instead the idiot invaded Iraq in full force because A) Iraq was believed to be in the process of making weapons of mass destruction and B) Intelligence indicated that there was a terrorist training camp in Iraq. Pakistan has lots of terrorists training camps. Hell most middle east countries do. I'm sure southern Philippines has terrorist training camps too. The dumb a$$ bush administration did everything it could to tie Iraq with 9/11. Then recently I saw a clip of him at a press conference where he was asked by a reporter what Iraq had to do with 9/11. Bush's reply: "Nothing." I have the clip tivo'd.
