No, its most of the American airlines. I flew British Airways this last journey and while there are some FA's my age, there are not many and they are very friendly. Not anything like our airlines and they do a very good job of serving the pax.
Edit, if you really want service, try one of the Asian airlines like Cathay Pacific. Nothing like it these days with our airlines.
