Ashley, Congrats on the 993. I too just "upgraded" from an '88 911 Cab to a '97 993 Cab and while I love the 993 I do miss the "primative" 911 a little too, of course I had a sport exhaust on the 911 while the 993 is the "std." stock exhaust.
You really should get the Porsche PET CD. It is the parts diagrams and p/n's for all the Porsche models in PDF format. It's also good for figuring out how a part is assembled and in what order washers ect. go on a part. You can get it for apx. $15 from Pelican or any dealer, just don't pay $35 to the guy on eBay selling them.
