If you want to fill, spacers are the way to go. I have H&Rs, the kind that come with longer studs that you'll need to press in (DRS series).

I can't remember the width, I'll have to measure them. I'm running 225s, so if you have 245s, you'll need to consider the extra rubber in your choice of widths so that they don't rub.

They shouldn't cost you much more than ~$150 for the pair with studs included.
