For once I got to have some fun at the office!
Developed a training program for municipal staff, to help them come to grips with risk and compliance. It is based on the premise that in order to ensure compliance one has to have robust processes in place, and by having these folks build the little house pictured I teach them all of this.
I enjoyed playing with Lego so much that I even built a Visio stencil for it...
Getting take seriously at work will be difficult after this!
