I used to get those headaches...feeling like I've got a railroad spike shoved through my eye socket.
Started doing a
Sinus Rinse each morning and evening before going to bed. Did this for about 2 months, about a year ago, and haven't had a headache since. I rinse about once or twice a month now, just because, and it really has made a difference.
Have to admit, it takes a few times to get your "technique" down, but it was so worth the effort.
