1. Did you sign up for it in boot camp?
2. Have you gone to college and if so why did you not complete the paperwork to do it? (online easy as hell)

You can not be refused your GI Bill unless you did/did not do some of the above. GI Bill is working out just fine for me. Have not paid a dime for school yet.
