perhaps I should have stated my point differently. however, the cost of the units at the margin is low enough to enable Apple to make the switch for which campbellcj's wife asked in order to keep a customer happy (and subsequently retain them) while at the same time creating the opportunity for some very good word-of-mouth advertising
