Update:

I changed out the Fuel Flitter and did an oil change using Moble 1 Full Synthetic long life oil. It seems to have helped. I have got back my mid range power. It still is not completely where I feel it should be but it is better.

I am going to order the OBD2 code software you guys talked about. It is going to be a bit before I get it in my hands but it looks like the best one for me.

Wayne in a week or so I am going to order your book. It looks like it could be quite a help.
