I'm a screaming liberal, but I have to agree with this sentiment: if you choose to pick up and move to another country, learn their f*cking language. If I was to re-lo to Afghanistan, I sure as hell wouldn't expect them to sing the Afghani national anthem (Allah Akbar Boom Boom!) in English, or provide DMV pamphlets in English, etc.
