Lets say all the evidence points to him, the child acknowledges it and there is DNA to support it. Lets even go a step further and say he admits it and it is your little Sister he raped. She is/was 10. Also, to make things more interesting a cache of kiddy porn was found (by you) in his closet complete with pics of your little sis.
Easy answer, many of you would most likely kill him if you could get away with it but say all that stuff was still true except that it wasn't your lil sis it was your best friends sister. Would you do it?
How about if it was a neighbor girl? Would you snuff him out for a mil? How about $1000? $100?
What if it wasn't anyone you knew?
