How To Purchase Class 2 Or 3 Gun?
What's involved in buying a class 2 or 3 gun? I might be using the terms wrong, I mean a short-barreled rifle or shotgun. In particular, the short-barreled M1A replica Thompson made by Kahr: 10.5" barrel, but semi-auto.
