I would take plenty of pictures and get written statements from the people who fixed the mess. I would get an attorney and consider sueing the guy for having to get it done right. Once he gets a letter from your lawyer or get served to show up in court he most likely will run and hide or try and make it right. Don't let this guy run over you. Thats what I would do.
