Al davis kinda pisses me off, but the real reason I hope the raiders lose is the fans. Being a raider's fan down here almost means the same as being a gang member. Mostly (but not all) troublemakers and lowlifes.
If a raider's game is on TV, people will intentionally stay home instead of going to a pizza parlor or sports bar because they know there will be trouble. Hopefully it will just be a fight and not a shooting.
If some other team besides the raiders is playing, then it's OK and everyone will behave themselves usually.

When I lived in Ventura, adjacent to Oxnard, which is major gangbanger land, very few bars would show Raiders games due to fear of altercations. Hard to believe they have whole stores (Raider Nation) dedicated to outfitting gang members and wananbe's.. Before ya'll jump my arse for being stereotypical, if it walks like a duck......and wears a Raiders jersey........
