There are gangbangers in VENTURA?!?! Sheesh. I'm in Long Beach and even I don't worry 'bout 'em too much.
Of course, don't go to parts of North LBC at night, but generally it's a non-issue.
I thought Ventura was all down-on-their-luck fishermen, ex-navy guys and a bunch of illegal crop-pickers that worked the fields to the east. . . Guess not.
