Whenever I leave feedback, I try to state what the item was & a remark about the shipping & communication. It is very helpful when I'm researching a vendors feedback if this info is present, to help determine the price I want to pay or if I even want to give them my business.
I've always left positive feedback, even when I was less than pleased. I will jab them in the remarks section such as; Item as described, sans cigarette stench, or Mint?. Enough to warn potential future buyers without the risk of retaliation.
There's a wealth of info in the remarks section on vendors if you do the research. A vendor can have 100% positive, but if you read the comments, you'll get an idea if people were really satisfied.
