Can GM legally restructure their health care situation?
Can they just say, "No, we will no longer provide health care?"
How about the pensions? Can they just say, "From now on, every ex-employee gets 50% max (or even less)?"
I plead ignorance on this. But I hate to see them fall south because of health care issues.
