Speaking of engine swaps, GM is recruting from UMR right now and I got up close and personal with their Hot Rod Magazine project, the Hot Rod Solstice. Nearly entire carbon fiber body with a 7 litre LS7 under the hood. Loud enough to make a nice ringing in your ears after it was turned off (no cat, no mufflers). suprisingly the LS7 fit unde the hood rather nicely, in fact I saw a Saturn Sky turbo they had there that seemed to have LESS room under the hood than this thing.
