boosted cars feel faster then they are, period. awd is great in ****ty conditions.... the cars still are not the same as good exmaples of 911s.

I read ed's comments differently. Boosted typically equals gobs of torque. What are good examples of a 911 BTW?

A modded WRX can/will outrun a 996. I ran up against a few WRXs in my (former) modded 930. They're both fast -- depends on how far you wanna take it. There's always a bigger fish. At altitude, turbos do rule. I ride a modded rocket ship to the slopes...few N/A cars will keep up at 10K+ feet.
