It is a federal offense to posses marijuana. It does not matter if you agrteec with the law or not. It does not mattrer if the bleeding heart hippies in California voted to allow it for "medicinal purposes" which is just a BS way to say go ahead.

The federal law still exists and it is their responsibility to enforce it. I just wonder why they want to bust people in this country for pot instead of enforcing our immigration and smuggling laws at our southern border which would probably keep the pot from getting here in the first place.
