Tom:
If you ever get up this way I would be honored to have you come by. It would be a lot of fun. I really just know enough about the cars to get in trouble but I definately know enough about this city to do things that would get a normal person in trouble (possibly prison) but have the contacts to avoid it.
Bring your daughter, there are an incredible amount of cool things to do here. The new city museum is over the top and the music scene here is fantastic. I have several friends that own blues or jazz clubs / resturants that are definately family friendly. The zoo is incredible and between my wife and son they manage 18 hotels so we could definately swing employee rates. It would be a great time. Southwest fares are cheap and I can loan you a Durango for a couple days.
I need to get the rest of my bits and pieces together and then I am going for it. I have thought about the V8 thing but it will be way less just to do a SC kit, especially if I get any kind of money back. Plus l just like the car. We are watching the grandbaby for 4 days while our son is in Toronto and I got a baby seat that fits so she and I have been running around since we got back from vegas. Every time we go to the garage she hugs the 944 and calls it "her porch". I can't take it's heart (motor) out for a transplant.
