At the end of the day, the true measure of success is Happiness. A janitor or landscaper might be happier than the professor or lawyer she works for. But that is another topic.

Nothing Lamm, or I, said indicates that there aren't geniuses in any race, that'd be factually incorrect. What Lamm is saying, and I agree, is that in the majority of the hispanic population, there is a cultural bias against education and going into mainstream success.
We're not talking anecdotal examples, we're talking about whole cultural groups.
