That is one of the issues that I have had ...sometimes the supercharger would pull a little too much against the AFM...causing a high idle that I had to correct by revving it a little then letting it come down slowly. Generaly happened after a extended highway cruise.
I just realized I left a couple cards up my sleeve in this thread. I'm supercharged as well, an Eaton M90 with custom manifold (not the best design). Theres a bunch of pics on rennlist and a quasi writeup (search my username - bleucamaro). I bought a used Huntley Racing "kit" and I put quotes around "kit" becauase it was basically just the blower, manifold, intake tubing idler pulleys and fuel rail. It came with a MAP sensor and a "mystery box" computer that I was too affraid to use. I didn't know what all their MAP sensor did since there was more than 3 wires going to it. I also have bigger injectors and a couple other goodies.

I went out and sourced a piggyback that I can tune (a Perfect Power SMT-7 , bought from Louie928 on rennlist), and the MAP and IAT sensors are GM, with a 2-bar MAP. I wired these directly into the harness for the AFM. This harness goes to the piggyback where I modify the signal from the MAP sensor (the AFM signal is logarythmic vs. the MAP is linear)

If you google search "GM MAP sensor information" it turns up some good info. Also, I bought mine from Summitracing.com the MAP was about $50 and the IAT about $25.

As for tuning, I sometimes get a high idle (most the time since theres more load on the motor) around 1100rpm.

How is your blower routed? Does air go through your AFM before or after its boosted? Because it shouldn't have any affect unless your bypass valve isn't opening all the way at idle. Where are you getting your vacuum source for both the bypass valve and for your fuel pressure regulator ( they should both be off the manifold, after the blower)?

I'd love to see some pics of your setup.
