It is routed with the AFM before the blower I really don't think it would work at all if it was after (the AFM would blow right open.)
My system goes air >> AFM >>tubing (6")>>>Throttle body>>90dgree coupler.>>>custom blower connection (using stock supercoupe stuff welded) >>>blower...tubing >>intercooler>>>manifold.
You are definately ahead of me in regards to piggybacking on the DME. I am very interested in more info regarding this setup. Are there any schematics that you know of available online?
The vacuum lines for both are coming off the back of the blower (that may be the problem)
I also did a custom fabbed intake (It's pretty cool looking)
The only line I have tapped into the intake goes to the boost gauge and fpr. I may try to T off that when I put it back together for the bypass.
The blower bybass definately works (I have a rubber hose connecting it with wire inside) It sounded really cool at idle with this disconnected.
Mine is apart right now I'm not sure if you have read much of my above posts. but I have spelled out what I have done a few times.
As far as photos I just started up a photobucket account just for the simple reason that I tend to have photos scattered everywhere (multiple computers) and I can't remember where I put the ones I took last year when I started this whole thing.
So... I just want to be sure you are still using the AFM and not a MAF sensor? If you are still using AFM Is it the stock one or turbo? have you seen any MAF conversions (homemade preferably I'm a DYI guy)?
How much boost are you seeing and what pulley(s) are you using?
Thanks in advance
Sid
