Cool My New Toy

We Just bought a new 2005 BMW M3 Cabriolet last night at Weatherford BMW in Berkeley. After about 5 months of searching for a sports car that would "fit" me, yet would be practical as a day-to-day commuter car, I finally found the car I wanted. We all went down to the BMW dealership at around 5:00 last night and went to go see what they had in stock. They had about 4 M3 coupes and 2 M3 cabriolets to choose from, all of which were very nice cars. After talking with the salesman, we test drove a manual and SMG (Sequential Manual Gearbox) M3 and decided to make our desicion. We choose the '05 M3 cabriolet with SMG. We figured that SMG would gives us the best of both worlds (dad really likes automatic and I like manual) and that it would be nice having a cabriolet in California - plus the salesman gave us a heck of a deal on the '05 cabrio. The original sticker was $62K and he dropped it to $55K and included 3 free coffee mugs, 2 keychains, and a cabriolet wind reduction screen to go between the back seats. We decided that we had a deal and 2 hours after the papers were signed, the car was ours. The car sure is neat! The front seats are heated, the convertible top goes up/down with a push of a button from the key, the sound system is awesome, etc etc. The car only has 200 miles on the odometer so it's practically NEW. The driving experience is unbelieveable! The car is pretty dam fast too. Here are some photos of the new addition. I'll get better daytime photos up tomorrow:
