Had a recent no-start problem,
with the starter motor not turning at all.
before this, over the past few months - if the headlamps are already on when I turn the ignition to start the engine - the headlamps/sidelamps will switch off, and then back on as the ignition key is turned.
Does this mean ( or is it likely ) that the ignition switch is worn out?
101 projects 'suggests' you can replace the electrical bit of the ignition without needing to remove the whoel igniton ( and break off bolts ) from the dash
anyone tried this?
Any suggestions - other than have very small, and bendy joints in your arms??
