I can tell you that my old '88 would redline 5th which according to the numbers is about 150. I did it once when the engine was at around 125k miles. Stock the engine should have had ~215hp. My '88 should have been less aerodynamic than an early car due to the bellows bumpers and rear flares. I think that car would need 275-300 hp to get to that speed, but if the engine is very, hotrodded then that's possible.
If the engine is not stock and that hot then this guy should say so since that would be a selling point.
