Head North out of Reno...once past Susanville, CA, head for a little place called Adin, wait for a stretch of road running slightly downhill that looks like a straight line to the horizon...back around 1975 it was traffic free...one of those "see another car in 20 minutes" type roads. Would you want to do it? I don't recommend it. These days I don't go above 95...get a ticket for over 95 in a 55, or over 100 anywhere in Oregon? Automatic license suspension & over $1,000 in fines.
