My guess is that the oil-cooler was added, I've had a couple of 73S cars with Behr air and no front cooler. But it should have been a trombone cooler if it was original...
This, I agree with...to a point. 100% agree on the cooler. For cars ordered with the optional fog lights, they did use the cut down metal chrome grills in '73...at least early in the run. According to Eric Linden, who may wish to clarify more, after the chrome grilles ran out, they did use plastic...
when the switch was made, I don't recall. I'm not even sure if this applies to production line cars, or merely the fog light kits sold at dealerships at the time. These kits contained wiring harness, grilles, switch, etc. But Eric would know...evidently, there is a trick to seeing whether a plastic fog light grille is from a factory fog light kit, or one cut down for fogs...

But this seller? Execmalibu? A WHOLE lot of BS'n and lamp post peeing going on... I'd like to see him try to prove some of his statements regarding the performance of this car.
