My RSR style race car, granted with superwide body, has by race car standards a mild 3.0 putting out about 270hp. I know fairly precisely by the gearchart and tire diameter what the top speed is. At Daytona, I can only pull about 6300 rpm in top gear, which equates to just a whisker over 150mph. It is definitely aerodynamically limited, but that lil Targa would have to be making over 300hp to reach that speed.
