Richard,
I'll add my 2 cents in response to your question about compensation for sales. Keep it simple and pay only a commission on a 1099 basis.
The reason that I say this is that in my experience in selling to the real estate market (mostly agents, not property managers), is that they are an easy touch. Your price point, which seems to be right on, is something that any competent salesperson should be able to use to convince a prospect that it would be a "no brainer" for them to sign up. The right salesperson, with the right prospect list, should probably be closing 6 to 10 of these packages a day after they have had the opportunity to polish their pitch.
In response to competentone's comment above about your website doing the selling, I strongly disagree. You need to go outbound and actively engage your prospects. My experience is that people in the real estate market will always answer the phone when it rings.
I don't know what you have in mind, or in place, to support your customer base, but that is going to be key. Your customers will need some hand-holding. Make sure they can always reach someone.
