This statement is twice as funny as quoting Car and Driver!

"A plain T could easily out-rev an S if it had all the correct internals."

NEWSFLASH!!!!

The top international scientists have recently discovered a small spot in universe where your laws of physics do not apply!

Whether it is because of devine intervention or the blessings of Timothy Leary the wildest things in the universe do happen in one unique and remote spot! Called Southern California. Your laws of physics and Hydrolic flow dont apply here.

Everyone in the universe knows that ONLY in So Cal that after bolting a hi-po intake manifold and tube headers on a 100% stock Chevy, Ford, or Mopar (more air flow) that these engines will rev higher and faster and have more power.

Vic Edelbrock and the guys at Hooker Header will also be very surprized to hear your definative statement "More air flow and high compression ratio does not equal higher reving engines"

I will also let all of the Hot Rod shops with Flow Benches and engine Dynos know that the highest power and authority in the Universe has spoken and that all of their expertise is a waste of time.

The fact that last week Nascar instructed all the teams at Talladega to install "restrictor plates" that reduces the intake port size by 1/16 on an inch clearly proves that more air flow has absolutely nothing to do with the engines power!

Can you please explain how it is even remotely possible that my bone stock Dodge Viper picks up 5-10 HP on the Dyno by adding only K&N air filters?
Or how my 427 Cobra picked up over 125 HP by adding only headers and side pipes..

I guess that I should forget about installing the bigger supercharger pulley on my SL55. More air flow will not increase the performance...
But wait I live in So Cal..

Do the terms exist in the universe (outside of So Cal) like LET IT BREATH or UNCORK IT...

Hemi heads dont work! Right? Because all they do is provide better air flow and combustion!

Every engine builder knows that the most power comes from a good set of heads! Even if the valve and carburetor size is restriced a good flowed set heads can gain huge HP increases.. But only in So Cal..

911T cams,911T heads and 911T induction will out rev a "S" with the correct internals? Thats great I did not know that!!

I will let the engineers at the Porsche factory know that they had it all wrong! High lift long duration cams were a huge mistake on the RSR and other factory race cars. If Bob Holbert had only know this he could have won a few races..
