I like the rules. DD-14, all I can surmise is that you aren't invited to look at the car. If I lived down there, I'd consider paying $100 to see the engine grenade at a TRUE 8500...as measured on a dyno tach. Kind of like a cruise-in bricking job...where they take a junker, drain it's oil, place a brick on the throttle, having a pool on how many minutes it'll last before it blows.
