8500 rpm?

F=ma, a=v^2/r.

--> F=m*v^2/r

1200rpm above redline (7300rpm) is ~16% increase in rpm, or ~36% increase in force of rotating parts, assuming the same mass. I have not done the mechanics of the stock internals and don't know if they will put up w/ this. Either way, 8500rpm cannot be advisable until the internals are of known quality, and you enjoy doing frequent teardowns.
