My wife surprised me last night with a pair of tickets to The Who, who were playing Key Arena in Seattle. What a fantastic show. I must admit I went in not expecting much, with only Townshend and Daltry left, but boy was I surprised. The old guys can still rock'n'roll with the best of 'em. Granted, Peter doesn't jump quite as high or quite as often as in his younger days, Roger has slowed down a bit (and they are certainly a different band without Moon and Entwhistle), but they still put on a show. I guess they have a new album coming out soon; they played nine songs off of it that blended seamlessly with their older stuff. I would highly recommend catching these guys if you get a chance.

+1.
Wife took me to the Boston show last month, was fantastic. Hard to believe those geezers are in their 60's.
Funny line from the show: Townsend says "I got a call from Mick Jagger before the show. He's in town getting ready for tomorrow's concert (Stones were playing the next night). He says he saw you guys coming over here tonight, and he wanted me to let you know that you all look like ****!"
