For what it's worth, Marco (Mr. 914-6) I wouldn't get you, your dad or your dad's shop involved in any of this mess.
Enough crap has gone down concerning this car and this poster. If anything, you guys never built the motor, but on the other hand, you're standing behind it without knowing how it was built. That's risky IMO, especially as TLG has nothing to prove. I'm certain no one wants any additional reputations tarnished.
This is why a lot of other mechanics and shops who contribute to this board
do not get in the middle of these affairs. At least four shops in L.A. come to my mind who I believe would avoid this thread like the plague that it is.
I could always fault you personally and socially about the company you keep, but that's your business, and just my opinion.
