I'm not fat, but I have decided I need to lose a few pounds again. I am 6'5" and weigh 215-220 when I am doing well. I weighed myself a couple days ago and was up to 230, time to go back on the diet.
I'm thinking about joining a fitness club that has a pool once I move. I used to swim alot and really enjoyed it. I tried running for 9 months and hated every minute...it did drop some pounds off though.
