Dear old dad turned 62 in Sept.
When we was 50, he set the world indoor record for the mile for his age group, 4:32.
When he was 60, he ran the chicago marathon in under 3 hours.
In the past 5 years he as climbed 12 14,000 peaks in north america.
Age is partially in your head. Everyone has physical problems as they get older. I have notice that I don't recover from workouts like I used to. Also, old injurys come back to haunt you. But part of being 'old' is deciding that you are old. I have met people who are 40 who act like they are 70.
