Hey Steve...you probably have two wire bundles swapped. I think the two wire connectors that attach to the bottom of the cluster are the same connector and can be installed in reverse. Not that I would have ever done anything like that! Try switching the two connectors on the bottom around and see if all doesn't work properly after that.
