Nice looking car. And that price is not out of line. The weird thing about these cars is that you're on a risk bubble with that low mileage. At 100k with no valve guide and clutch and clutch release bearing issues, you're clear or they've been addressed. At 62k miles, the car could need all of those things in the next 10-15k miles. That's very expensive. And a ppi is probably not going to tell you all that much about these things.
At a minimum, you can count on needing the clutch work if it doesn't have it already.
If you're risk averse, although it's counterintuitive, you're better off with a higher mileage car of that vintage. They don't fare well at 3xxx miles a year.
This is your first one? You probably won't keep it that long, even if you think that now.
