In North America, this almost always means that there is a serious jerk behind you. I have been flashed while passing slower vehicles at 20+ over the speed limit. Impatient? Noooo.
I too, had a serious idiot this week in Jensen Beach while driving a rental. A diesel RAM tried to ram me. A quick evasive action saved my butt. He was accelerating & wasn't about to back off.
