What? Crooked politics in Chicago? Officials taking kickbacks for granting government contracts? I'm shocked ! SHOCKED mind you! Shocked that they got caught, that is. They must not have followed the examples of their Oregon & Washington State counterparts...Up here in the Pacific Northwest, the politicians know how to get away with it....Hell, we have a former Governor of Oregon who got away with child abuse...statute of limitations.
